Abstract/ 2006

This personal pavilion was shaped as a viewing standpoint along the Lake Michigan bluffs. Perfect for meditation, this open air structure faces west toward the setting sun. With slatted louvers for star gazing at night and optional shade during the day, the operable fabric skin wraps like as continuous texture that can be opened and closed in response to circadian environmental effects.
